Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment if they changed their minds.
Please allow 60 days’ time to affect the refund in lieu of the cancelled order.

Return is allowed ONLY if the order is delivered defective or damaged.
If the product is delivered defective or damaged, customer needs to inform us through Email [email protected] within 48 hours of the receipt of goods along with pictures to cancel the order and to claim refund.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
Invoice copy is required during the time of return
All items purchased online with an Individual Account may be subjected to a minimum 20% restocking fee if returned.

Products categorized under “SPECIAL OFFERS” are NOT eligible for returns.
Shipping cost (both ways) are non-refundable.
Refund will be made in 60 days only through the Original Mode of Payment.
