How to Tell a Genuine Electrical Supplier from a Risky One

Counterfeit and grey-market low-voltage switchgear is a real problem in this market, and the consequences land on the panel builder, not the supplier who sold it. A fake MCB that does not interrupt at its rated breaking capacity is a fire risk and a liability exposure. Here is what to check before you buy from anyone, including us.

1. Ask for the datasheet and check the standard

Every legitimate low-voltage device is certified against a specific IEC standard. Match what you are quoted against the right one:

4. Verify the batch or serial code
